Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents before submitting your MSPS enrollment application.

Primary Documents (Mandatory)
  • Completed Enrollment Form

    Official MSPS enrollment form with all sections properly completed.

  • Copy of National Identity Card (NIC)

    Clear photocopy of both sides of the NIC.

  • Recent Passport Size Photograph

    Color photograph taken within the last 6 months.

  • Employment Confirmation Letter

    Letter from employer confirming employment status and position.

Enrollment FAQ

You may enroll within 30 days of joining a member company. It is advisable to initiate the enrollment process promptly upon the completion of your probation period.

Since the enactment of the 1996 legislation, new company memberships are no longer accepted. Only employees of currently registered member companies are eligible to join MSPS.

Yes, voluntary additional contributions are permitted up to the specified tax limits. Please contact us for further details regarding the maximum contribution limits.

The entire process generally requires 7 to 10 working days following the submission of all necessary documents.

Yes, you may update your beneficiary at any time by submitting a new nomination form either through your employer or directly to MSPS.

If you transfer to another MSPS member company, your membership will continue without interruption. In the event of a transfer to a non-member company, you may withdraw benefits in accordance with the stipulated resignation rules.
